GIORGIO BORREANI

Full Professor of Agronomy at the Department of Agricultural, Forestry and Food Sciences (DISAFA) of the University of Turin. For over 30 years he has led the FORAGE TEAM (research group) with the aim of improving the self-sufficiency of dairy and beef farms concerning forage and livestock feeds, improving their economic efficiency, and reducing the environmental impacts of dairy cattle farming. He is the President of ABC.

LUCA BERTOLA

Dairy farmer and agronomist. Since obtaining his master's degree in 2017, he has been working as a ruminant nutritionist for dairy farms. In recent years, thanks to his international training experiences alongside leading experts, he has specialized in the nutritional management of robotic systems used on dairy farms. In ABC, he is responsible for the automation of dairy farms (milking and feeding robots).

FRANCESCO FERRERO

Researcher at the University of Turin. He has been working in the Forage Team, for the last 10 years, on the enhancement and sustainable management of forage systems. During his PhD, he spent two training periods abroad, one in Canada and one in the United States, studying the use of advanced techniques to evaluate the microbiological quality of forage. In ABC, he is responsible for the development of research projects and the planning and management of experimental activities.

STEFANIA PASINATO

Beef farmer and dairy and beef cattle nutritionist. She works in Italy and in Northern Europe. She obtained a PhD in ruminant nutrition from the University of Turin and the Ohio State University (USA) and a master's degree in International Dairy Management in the Netherlands. In ABC, she is responsible for international consulting.

ERNESTO TABACCO

Agronomist. He has been working, for more than 25 years, in the Enhancement Group and in the sustainable management of forage systems (FORAGE TEAM) at the University of Turin. In ABC, he is responsible for the agronomic section and provides customers with support on all aspects concerning the production and conservation of feeds for use in the nutrition of dairy and beef cattle.
